Privacy policy

1. Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you fill out a form, call, text or email us — typically your name, phone number, email address, the trailer, part or service you are asking about, and anything else you choose to tell us.

When you apply for financing, the application is handled by our lending partner’s secure application. The information you enter there is submitted to them, not stored on this website.

Like most websites, we also receive limited technical information automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and which pages you view.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to answer your question, quote a trailer, part or repair, schedule service, pass a financing application to our lending partner, and follow up about your request.

We also use aggregated technical information to keep the site working and to understand which pages people find useful.

3. Cookies & analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share information only with the companies that help us run the business — website hosting, form delivery, analytics, our financing partner when you apply, and manufacturers when a warranty or parts order requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Text messages & calls

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

6. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to us at the address below and we will take care of it.

7. Data security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
